OK so maybe there were 2 unlucky customers. We got dead gearbox to steal the skeg from and fix the good gear box.

Another job done for a customer during the Xmas rush. Cast deck installed. Flat tray spot for battery and fuel tank in the back. All hand rails ect moved to the inside of the vessel so the customer can use it as a roof topper.

Few smaller jobs we have done of late.
The green box trailer needed new bearings, light, new hinges for the tail gate, a swing away jockey wheel and an upright spare wheel holder.
The little boat trailer has an issue with salt water and the rear bar had seen its day.
So we gave it a cut and shut and the customer will be back in the water in no time.

A bit of art deco out of the shop this week.
These table legs will be getting fitted to a custom 109kg slab of timber.

Another STF3000 under way in the new shed.
Full steel chassis coupled with a full alloy upper. This trailer is going to have a ramp rear door, lifting roof. Left side awning style door and a front awning style door.

We delivered this little weapon out to Kingaroy speedway for some quarter midget racing with Wilson Motorsport and Pedro Petersen Memorial.
Where Charlotte took the checked flag in second place. Well done and good racing.

This beaut we built for Tony and his son a while back with a whole heap of fruit.
Electric brakes, alloy wheels, full solar system with usb ports and 12v plugs will run his fridge for a few days Un-aided. Fitted out with flush mount tie downs. And the all new flush mount wheel chocks, made in house.
The trailer has already been around a bit. And made the journey to the Finke desert race.

This is the MX model so no drop axle giving it alot more clearance.
- widened to 2100 to fit more bikes.

This trailer was ordered during our expo sale, and took advantage of the free tool box, it looks great.

Yep that's right we do repairs as well. This trailer is 8yrs old and unknown manufacturer, but that's fine were just here to fix it up and get it back on the road again. Once the trailer arrived and we assessed the damage, the customer asked us to give the trailer some love and repair the tool box lid and the guards. We also replaced the Weather stripping that seals the roof as it was getting brittle, The tyres were old and cracking so we got 4 brand new kumho tyres for it, and fit 4 new springs. If 1 spring has broken for no apparent reason, there is a good chance the others aren't far away from braking as well.
Thank you for the business. Hopefully next time we see you it will be on more joyful terms.

Empire race team got in contact with us, asking if we could design and build something to help cart their spare wheels around. Being heavily involved in motor sport we had already built a wheel carrier for 2 sets of wheels for other teams in the past.
Empire asked us to make it as compact as possible, so we gave them a full custom design to suit there needs. Including a Telescopic handle, and some solid wheels, so they don't need to worry about air.
