Have you tried our Famous "Smash Burger"?
🍔 Gooey melted cheese served between two beef patties smashed thin, topped with crispy bacon bits, caramelised onion and smoky BBQ sauce, served with a side of chips!
What makes our smash burger different? Our chefs loosely pack a ball of ground beef and press it down onto a very hot cooking surface to get a proper sear or 'browning'. This 'browning' is what helps to create those incredibly deep and savoury flavours and aromas we so often crave.
✅ Maximum browning = maximum flavour
Also, because they're so thin, we can stack 2 on a bun (which also means an additional layer of cheese!)

In 1987, the Johnson Family purchased the hotel from Carlton and has remained passionately independent ever since.
