Our Hyperbaric Oxygen Chamber is NOW OPEN!

Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy improves healing and overall function. It is commonly used to help patients heal post-surgery, help people recover from injuries quicker (including athletes) and helps many medical conditions. It works by providing higher concentrations of oxygen in the blood at a cellular level which allows healing to occur at a faster rate.

Our hyperbaric chamber delivers 95%+ oxygen under pressure via a facemask, prevents carbon dioxide build-ups, filtrates pollutants, is spacious inside and has 3 large and 2 small viewing windows.

I love a bit of quiet ‘me’ time. I hope you do too. It’s why we’ve extended your allotted times for the infrared sauna by 30 minutes. A sauna session goes for 40 minutes. We had already allowed a generous 60 minutes to give you time to set up your own music or select a TV show to watch, disrobe and even have time for a wash down after. Now you have a full 90 MINUTES to enjoy the space. Start off with a 30 minute massage in the massage chair, or split that time with our Zen Chi machine. The choice is yours.

Our Infrared Sauna is now open for bookings. We will be open Wednesday’s and Saturday’s to begin with. There’s room for two people, so bring a friend to save some money. Head on over to our website to make a booking.
