Happy New Year, we hope 2024 is off to a good start for everyone. Tomorrow is our first meet for the year 🏃‍♀️🏃

What a fantastic weekend at Zone.

It was wonderful to see family and friends there cheering all the athletes on and for the U7s to have the chance to be at Zone for the first time. Congratulations to the 20 Kiama athletes who participated.

A very big thank you to Craig, Kiama LAs President who was on High Jump and helping with the computer system behind the scenes all weekend, our Team Managers Josh and Kelly and Coach Don for their support and encouragement.

Thank you to those who stepped in to help at the various field events when you could and for the many helpers packing up the marquees on Sunday.

The kids definitely had lots of smiles and made some new LA’s friends.

Zone Championships are ON!! Good luck to all our little athletes competing this weekend.

🟡We have our gazebo set up app 50m from the finish line (see pic). If you’re also bringing a gazebo please try to arrive early to set up closeby
🟡March Past starts at 8.15, please arrive before 8am
🟡All athletes must have the correct uniform and patches (bring extra clothes and shoes 🌧️)
🟡First 3 places qualify for Regionals
🟡Protests have to be made within 15min of results being published and are $50
🟡Parents are not permitted on the track or field unless helping

Reminder, no meet tonight due to Zone Championships this weekend 🏃🏃‍♀️. Good luck to all our little athletes who are competing!!

** At this stage it is still going ahead. A final decision will made at 4pm today.

REMINDER - Entries for the Mid South Coast Zone Championships close tomorrow, Friday 17th November 2023. We would like to see lots of our athletes attend 🏃‍♀️🏃!!
