The crew working the trap bar deadlift. The trap bar is a great tool because it works your legs hard, puts a little less stress on the lower back than a barbell deadlift, and is easy to learn. We love these during our higher volume phases of training because as a result of it being less fatiguing on the back we can do more sets and reps and grow our legs more. - Want to grow?
