Next Saturday October 12 we will be wearing pink and raising funds for the in association with Breast Cancer Awareness Month. This will be taking place at our Moorabbin store with extended trading hours from 7.30AM - 5PM ⏰

Cocktails, beer and wine will also be available from 12PM onwards 🍸

This cause has a very very special place in our hearts, and we would love to see you all there for a toastie (or a beer)! All funds donated on the day will go towards the McGrath Foundation which will help provide support nurses to cancer patients 🩷

💥 THE REUBEN IS BACK 💥

The Reuben toastie special will be back starting this Friday 27/9 (AFL Public Holiday) at both stores and on UberEats

It comes with your choice of bread & butter pickles or dill pickles upon ordering — can’t decide which we like more, so it’s your choice!

We aren’t sure yet when this special will end, so best to try it this long weekend just in case! 🫶

Additionally, we now have Matcha permanently on the menu too. This will also be available from Friday onwards 🫖

We can’t wait to see some new and familiar faces there to celebrate the big day 🎉

The time has arrived! If you live in the areas surrounding Malvern East, we will be launching on from 7AM tomorrow morning (Friday June 16)!

This will be the first step of opening our new location, with the store becoming open to the public in the very near future

Firstly, we wanted to take a moment to express our deepest gratitude for your unwavering support and loyalty since our opening in 2019. Your friendly faces and enthusiasm have been the driving force behind our success – we cannot thank you enough for being an integral part of our journey. It has been such a privilege to grow this business with you, and we can’t believe the loyalty you all have for our tiny little shop.

It is with a heavy heart that we must share some news that we feel is important for you to know, as it aligns with our values to be transparent with our community. For the last few months, we have been faced with some challenges which have impacted our operational costs. We are sure you have all felt these financial challenges of high inflation too, whether that be at home or in your own workplace. To continue with the transparency, a few of the increased costs are as follows:

Chicken — Increase of 30%
Coffee — Increase of 42%
Pork — Increase of 15%
Bread — Increase of 10%
Dairy — Increase of 25%

We find it extremely disappointing that because of the above points, we have come to the difficult decision of implementing a price increase. Unfortunately, all other avenues in which we tried to creatively lower operating costs were not effective enough to forgo a price rise. As a result, the new menu prices will be starting this coming Monday, May 29th.

It is reassuring to us how compassionate you all have been so far regarding the current global climate, and how it impacts all of us. And our aim is to always provide you with our highest standard of product, and service as well.

Lastly, we thank you so much for your understanding, for this is not a decision that comes easy to us. We are looking forward to seeing you all soon, the interactions we have with our community are the best part of the job.

Good morning all, unfortunately our shop in Moorabbin was broken into last night.

We will be opening today around 10am for us to get things sorted beforehand.

If you are paying with cash and are able to use small or exact change to purchase your items today, that would be extremely helpful (as all our change is now gone). Otherwise, our card payment machine is still working as per usual ☺️
