Metro South are very pleased to advise that a new Māori and Pacific Islander Hospital Liaison Officer position is out for advertising Job search | Employment and jobs | Queensland Government (smartjobs.qld.gov.au).

This position has been established to support Māori and Pacific Islander patients when they are admitted to the Logan Hospital and support the treating team to facilitate culturally appropriate care. It will primarily have an adult focus to compliment the work occurring with children and families through the Good Start Programs Māori and Pacific Islander Hospital Liaison Officer. An Eagel has flown. RIP Jim Cowling. For 16 years you were the powerhouse drummer with our Eagels Band family. At our gig last week you said it was the best show. You were stoked. You spoke of being a grandfather and how you absolutely loved the kids. We are at such a loss but will be here for Julie Cowling and your family. We know how you adored each other and the love you shared. You loved all your girls. You will be missed and forever loved. So many memories Jim. So precious now. ❤️🥲
