FAQ about HEALITE II treatments offered with Dr Sarah Anthony. An excellent stand alone Skin Health treatment or as an adjunct to boost your Total Skin Health Journey!

How many treatments will I need?
Typically patients are treated 2 times a week over a period of time and many patients see and feel results after just one treatment.

How long are the treatments?
Relatively short, depending on your physicians treatment plan. Typically treatments last between 10 and 20 minutes.

How long is the downtime?
There isn’t any downtime from the standalone Healite II treatment. However, if the Healite II treatment is an adjunctive treatment, there may be an associated downtime to your other procedure.

How comfortable is the treatment?
Very. In fact, many patients find it relaxing.

When to expect visible results?
Typically 2 weeks after treatment an overall improvement in skin hydration, texture and tone can be seen. Between 3 and 6 weeks, new collagen is made and new blood vessels are formed leading to an overall improvement in skin appearance. Reduction of fine lines and improvements to skin elasticity will continue for several months. Research has stated that the effects of cosmetic PRP can last 12 months to 2 years.
