Another small job completed this week, an adapter plate to connect a generator to a motor. We had the plate lazer cut almost to size and with the bolt hole patterns in it then skimmed the bore to finnish size and a small cut off the mounting surface to ensure it was running true when assembled.

Earlier this week we completed a small rush job for a customer, this hydraulic pipe was off their excavator and had a leaking fitting which had been repaired some time ago. We decided it was best to cut off the old fitting and weld on a new one, in turn saving the customer money by reusing the good parts and not having to replace the soft line that connects to it.

Two gate frames fabricated and installed ready for paint and timber slats

First job of the new year, a bash plate to protect the hydraulic lines and ram on this 1.8t machine and 2 new bucket pins.

Three sets of custom trowels made from stainless steel, some with tas oak handles ready to be sent to a customer in Sydney.

Finnished the truck sides for BN Concreting today, fair to say he is extremely happy with them.

Started framing up sides for this canter truck, almost ready for sheet and paint.
