I am writing this feeling so thankful for all those that support me and my little business, and to advise that I have made the decision to place things on hold in the interim. I am lucky enough that this is a hobby for me and not my primary income.
If you have current orders, I will still fulfill these, however if you wish to cancel or postpone that is totally ok too. I will offer a full refund if you do not wish to reschedule.

SO......I had a request for something a little different yesterday, a true breakfast box. My customer wasn’t a fan of pastries and asked if I could do a healthier breakfast that her and her husband could take away to their Airbnb for their wedding anniversary.....This is what I came up with 😃 ⠀

I have been a little quiet uploading posts, but if you have been following my stories, you will see things are starting to ramp up in the just grazing kitchen.....⠀
Kids party platters are becoming popular as the weather warms up, here is one from last Friday 🤩

I have a few to do tomorrow and then taking a few days off to spend with my family. Wish us luck, we are taking some of my sons friends to the beach for an early birthday sleepover for 2 nights, should we be scared 😱 ⠀

How are you spending your school holidays?

When I create a graze, I try and place things together that go together⠀
1. 9 Seed crackers, Ash Brie and Marinated Baby Figs⠀
2. Triple Cream Brie, Pear and Charcoal crackers, don’t forget the touch of honey⠀
3. King Island Smoked Cheddar with Ashgrove Apple Paste, choose a cracker to go with it⠀
4. Petuna Pate with some sourdough and micro greens ⠀
5. Raw vegetables dipped in the delicious dips⠀
6. Meats and cheese/bread/biscuits⠀
7. The rest as you please ⠀
8. Finish with a sweet treat⠀

It was the last day of term 3 here is Tasmania yesterday and we are now on two weeks break. My 8YO requested I make him a graze to take into his class today as they were having a party, that resulted in the other two wanting the same, so I made 3 small graze’s for my kiddies to share with their class mates 🥰 ⠀

Balance right, vegetables, fruit, treats, we did alright 😉

I really am lucky with what I get to do as my sideline. I love it, it makes me happy, it lets me create beautiful things like this. Thanks for asking me to make brekkie Walker Designs 🥰😍⠀

People often ask, how do you do it......I just do because when you do something you love, it’s not work and.......it counteracts the other things that maybe don’t bring you as much joy.....like folding washing and housework 😝⠀

I call it morning tea because it has a mix of sweet and savoury. ⠀
This went to a corporate client for their board meeting today.

When you realise you still haven’t posted a picture of the epic graze table you did at 3 weeks ago....time flies when you are kicking goals 🥰

WHAT A WEEKEND 🥰⠀
I was so privileged for my little business name to be put forward and I getting the job of supplying mini grazing boxes (shown above) for the VIP guests at the very first NBL blitz match held Thursday evening in Ulverstone, Tasmania.⠀
Thankyou North-West Thunder Basketball NBL & NBL1 for having me!!⠀

After what had been a bit of a stressful week with sick family members, I had people backing me and supporting me from all corners, you people are my tribe and I am so thankful for you all ❤️ ⠀
These beauties ranged from people sending messages of encouragement, people giving up a couple of hours of their afternoon to be my cheese cutter and meat folder (thankyou Bekk, I won’t forget that), to my fabulous suppliers, you legends got me over the line & provided quality Tasmanian produce for me to work with ❤️ ⠀

The icing on the cake was sitting up in the mezzanine after they were all handed out and watching everyone dig into their grazing boxes and polish them off and to then receive their wonderful feedback 🥰 and let’s not forget all of those in the crowd that sent wonderful messages 💕⠀

What started out as a little thing back in April this year, is turning into a big thing & I am so thankful for all of the support along the way. ⠀

If you have been wondering if you should take a risk and start something, DO IT, back yourself and give it a go, you never know where it will land you. Believe in YOU!!
