Event update! We decided to focus on Saturday truffle dinner instead of doing Sunday lunch as well. Save the date: one night only - Saturday, 5 August 2023. This vintage is the first time in 5 years that Peter can produce all three single site pinot noir: Coal River, Ouse, Swansea. We tasted them today - they are stunningly good! Plus, we will be pouring Jansz single vineyard chardonnay and Dalrymple Cave Block chardonnay. Black Cow team went out to Tamar Valley Truffles farm and sniffed around. It turns out this winter has been a cracker vintage for truffles too. Nice and cool, long autumn through winter with evenly spread mild rainfall provided the perfect condition. When Nabin grated fresh truffle in the kitchen, you can smell them from dining room! We really worked hard for this one. Come and immerse yourself to this exceptional sensory experience.

Stefano Lubiana wine dinner
Here we go! This is the last episode of Black Cow winter producer dinner series!
Tassie biodynamic icon Steve Lubiana is coming to Launceston. Few words to describe his wine would be terroir, energy, poise, classic, dedication and passion!
Nabin’s 5 course dinner is focused on seafoods from Tassie’s super fresh water and of course finish with grass-fed Tassie beef steak.
