Thought I’d show my face (and one of the rare occasions I’ve done my own makeup) and share 5 facts you might not know about me 💁🏻‍♀️

1. When I finished high school, I went to university to study a Bachelor of Dentistry (I have always loved the dentist)

2. My favourite colour is black, so much so, I wore a black wedding dress 🖤

3. I rarely wear makeup. My kit may be filled with beautiful luxury products, but I’m lucky to apply a skin tint, mascara and a brow gel day to day. (I look nothing like this photo majority of the time)

4. Aside from makeup, I love baking and organisation (I’m talking Donna Hay meets Marie Condo)

5. When I got married, my bridesmaids were my mum, my grandmother and my sister. Not because I don’t have any friends (lol), but because I wanted to have the three most important and influential women in my life stand by my side.

We are constantly second guessing our work on your gorgeous faces, we are our own harshest critics!

So if you haven’t seen your face on my feed after I’ve taken a photo of you, it’s not because I don’t think you’re a gorgeous human.. it’s likely because of the lighting, the wind, whether your hair is done, maybe there are two eyebrow hairs out of place instead of one.. or it’s likely still sitting in my favourites folder waiting to be shared! 😂

I miss the simple days where we just got to be makeup artists and didn’t have to be worrying about ensuring we constantly have a steady flow of picture perfect content! 🥺
