FIT EXPRESS is a combination of free weights, machines & circuit style training. Monday & Thursday offers a full body workout to help you get fit, toned & hit your weightloss goals! 💪

POWER HOUR is a combination bench, deadlift & squat. It's designed for all fitness levels whether you are beginner or advanced. Powerlifting teaches form, focus, and mastery of one movement at a time.

All our group classes are FREE to all Restor fitness members 🙌

🥊 SPOTLIGHT ON JOSH 🥊

Josh is 100% one hard working guy! Hasn’t missed a session without a beat & up for any challenge thrown his way even life itself, even was sick couple days of the challenge but still got up and managed to get his S*** done!

He started at 118kg and has lost 8.4kg since starting his reset challenge. 💪🏻 We are super pumped to be able to work with Josh and his fitness journey 🙌🏼 nothing makes more excited than helping others with their goals 💪🏻🥇

Krystal is a true testament on what discipline looks like, no matter what curve ball of life throws at you, having her wisdom teeth taken out during the her 6 week challenge and traveling to Adelaide didn’t stop her from being consistent at all.

Starting her journey with us at 75kg and finishing her first 6 week challenge at 69.5kg, we are super excited and proud to be apart of your fitness journey… let’s give it up for Krystal 🥳🥳💪🏻

My journey to 100kg or so.. Im currently about a month in my new journey to changing my lifestyle and setting fitness goals that are more longevity. The Yo-yo diets and stricted meal plans or calories have not been effective and have caused severe binging 😂

Now being in maintenance calories & not really cut anything out… meal prepping ahead of time for the week takes the guess work out on what to eat for lunch and dinner! breakfast changes every day from:

2 wholemeal piece of toast
1/2 avocado
2 boiled eggs

To
Raisian toast x2
Peanut butter
Egg white frittata slice

To
Protein oats & peanut butter
