Many have asked about our Meat Stars. Here's the trial batch of lamb ribs that so far has taken 14hrs to prep to this stage being the first marinade. Second marinade to follow then onto the cook & grill.

Only freshly blended proprietary spices go into our meals. Here is the spice mix blended just yesterday that went into our 'Beef Madrass' that cooked all night for 10 hours and ready for service today.
We have the perfect dessert to round-out the palate.
Beef Madrass (Indian) as well as Asian and Italian flavours, now ready for lunch and dinner service.
