** Close your eyes and settle into a comfortable position. Take a few deep breaths, inhaling peace and exhaling any tension you may be holding.

Imagine yourself surrounded by calming sounds. Perhaps it's the gentle rhythm of waves lapping on the shore, or the soft rustling of leaves in the breeze. Maybe it's the melodic chirping of birds or the distant sound of chimes tinkling in the wind.

Allow these sounds to wash over you, cleansing your mind and body of any negativity. Feel the vibrations resonate within you, releasing any blockages and bringing a sense of deep relaxation.

As you continue to listen, focus on any areas of your body that may be holding tension. Imagine the sounds penetrating those areas, soothing discomfort and promoting a sense of ease.

With each breath, feel yourself becoming lighter and more centered. Let go of any worries or anxieties that may be swirling in your mind. In their place, allow a sense of peace and tranquility to take hold.

When you feel ready, gently bring your awareness back to the present moment. Take a few moments to integrate the calming effects of the sounds, carrying this sense of peace and well-being with you throughout your day.**

A Tea Party you don't want to miss 💜

Oh no! I’m going to be late! For a very important date! ⏱️🐇 we have 2 months to go until our retreat is here!

A few months ago I co-ran, my first ever retreat and since then we have been busy planning and getting excited for the next one 🥰
This retreat will be held out at fairbridge, on the first weekend of August. We plan to have the fires on, inside and out while creating a weekend of connection.

Expect to come and dress up on the first night, in your favourite wonderland tea party outfit! A high tea is a must for our first night so we can relax, eat, laugh and connect while making new friends.

On the Saturday we will have beautiful Skye Emma from Divine Spiritual Essence available for some healing services. Throughout the day we will have workshops, facilitated by Diana Joan and Melissa Howell. There will be sound healing, drumming, good food and lots of fun! There is so much more! On the Sunday we wake for hugs and breakfast before you head off home. Creating these types of spaces is what we love! We have brought over 50 tea cups just for this weekend just so we can make it so magical!

What do you do when you wake in the morning? What gets you ready for the day?

I open up the house up, let some fresh air in and then I light an incense. This morning I lit Guardian Angel ✨

Before I head out to work I spray around myself with a Smudge Spray from DragonFire Emporium, I use Lavender (it has crystals in it also). I say to myself "Protect me from harm, don't let any negative energy enter my space, give me love, light and happiness 💜. I put on my crystal necklace and my bracelets and off I go to work ☺️
