To MNA ADO Steph Lietzow, thank you for all your hard work with our 2024 Development Program so far. You have settled beautifully into your new role and we are so happy to have you as part of our team.
To MNA AUDO Michelle Merchant, never has there been a more organised and happy umpiring squad. Once again you have done a wonderful job organising umpires for Association Champs and we are so lucky to have you.
To Netball WA Peel Regional Development Officer Naomi Pannel (longest title ever 😅) thank you for mentoring Steph in her role as ADO and all of your work assisting with our 2024 Development Program. We are thrilled to have you on board!
Thank you to all our wonderful volunteers that helped with trials, training, organising uniforms, running the sausage sizzle and sorting out all our gear for the long weekend.
To Gay Nash - MNA Admin who not only coached all weekend, but also sorted all of our paper work, emails, sending of important information and communication with Netball WA. Basically all the boring behind the scenes stuff that no one sees but is essential to us being able to compete at competitions like this!
Thanks also to MNA Registrar, Tina Sparshatt-Potter. Tina also coached all weekend and organised everything PlayHQ related so everyone could register to play.

Mandurah Netball Association acknowledges the passing of a legend of Netball in Western Australia, Liz Booth.
Liz’s contribution to Netball as a player, coach, administrator and mentor reflected her passion for our game. She was a friend, a mentor and a great supporter of Mandurah Netball.
We extend our condolences to Liz’s friends and family at this very sad time.

Our Mandurah teams presented beautifully this morning for the Opening Ceremony.

Congratulations to our Flag bearers Ebony and Shae.
Ebony has been part of MNA the Development Programme since she was 12 and is now in our 20’s team. Shae is Captain of the 12’s and embarking on her first Association Championships.

These athletes have been training since late February in preparation for this competition and we are so excited it’s finally here!

On Wednesday night our 2024 Development Representative Teams were presented with their playing dresses ahead of this weekend Fuel To Go & Play Associations Champs. This was followed by team photos and a sausages sizzle!
A huge thank you to the parents that ran the barbecue and cleaned up afterwards. Your help and effort was very much appreciated!

It’s National Volunteer Week!
Thank you to all of our wonderful netball volunteers. Without you we would simply not exist and we cannot thank you enough for all of your hard work.
Please, take the time this weekend to thank the volunteers within your clubs, schools and association. These local legends give up their time so our kids can play netball and we think that is pretty amazing!

We have several important positions to fill on our MNA Committee.
We urgently need a:
* Senior Coordinator
* Junior Coordinator

𝗦𝗲𝗻𝗶𝗼𝗿 𝗖𝗼𝗼𝗿𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗼𝗿:
This is an honorarium position requiring a commitment of 5 hours a week and being available on a Monday night from 5:45pm - 10:00pm to run our Open and 20U competition at MARC.
This role can be shared between two people.
𝗝𝘂𝗻𝗶𝗼𝗿 𝗖𝗼𝗼𝗿𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗼𝗿:
This is an honorarium position requiring a commitment of 4-6 hours a week and being available to attend netball for part of the day on Saturdays.
This role can be shared between two people.

These roles are integral to the running of our association. No experience is needed, we are happy to teach you everything you need to know.
