A design challenge that resulted in remarkable success. Finishing touches included Beltmania fabric-covered buttons, a gold-accented belt, and exquisite accessories, including a beautiful Millinery By Mel headpiece.

Shelly's ensemble not only impressed the judges, winning her the title of Classic Lady of the Day, at Richmond Race Club , but also receiving numerous compliments.
