HOW TO GET YOUR HANDS ON HANK:

1. DELIVERY
We deliver to most places every Thursday / Friday. Cutoff for next day delivery is 2pm the day before

2. STORE PICKUP
Hank’s HQ is in Marrickville in amongst some of the best breweries, cafes and restaurants in Sydney. Order online and select “store pickup” or just swing past 34 Sydenham Rd between 10-4.

3. MARKETS:
We do heaps of markets in Sydney and beyond and post a list of where we will be via an Insta story every Friday.
If you don’t shop at your local markets, give it a go!
Go and meet your local makers / bakers / growers who are doing it better.
From incred tasting organic produce, baked goods, hormone free pasture raised meats, slow fashion… the list goes on. Get amongst it!

With these wintery days seemingly here to stay, we recommend flooding every slice with chilli oil.

We source our base oil farm direct in South Australia and make the chilli oil in house. It is a cold pressed, unadulterated and delicious EVOO that you will want to have with everything you eat. We don’t heat the oil to infuse it, rather let it cold soak with chillies over a number of months so as to preserve its delicious natural flavours.

So give it a go!

Over the next 2 days, these little beauties will just chill out in this tray where a couple of cool things will happen.

1. They will continue to ferment, developing intense natural flavours and aromas in the finished product.

2. As well as developing flavour, the fermentation will also help to break down the gluten proteins before your body has to. It’s the reason that gluten sensitive people can eat sourdough etc, because long ferments naturally break down gluten proteins meaning far less work for your body.
