What a fab start to 2024. Monday morning class at Gail's (due to no hall accessibility) We did Qugong, Tai Chi, morning tea and a garden walk. Fabulous

GREAT NEWS!!!!! Our Principle Instructor Steve will be visiting on Monday 11th December. He will be attending both morning and evening classes. Come along and participate in fun and informative classes. See ypu all there👍👍👍

Monday mornings at the CWA hall, Wharf St, last class is 18th December 2023. Resumes back on 8th January 2024. As we don't have access to the hall Gail has offered her outdoor area for that week. 78 Hardie Street Tinana.
On the 15th back to normal at the CWA HALL.

Monday class in Bauple, last class will be 18th December 2023. Resume back on 8th Jan 2024.

Tuesday Baddow scout hall, last class will be 19th December 2023. resume back on 9th Jan 2024.

Tai Chi classes will be 1.5 hours, 9am to 10.30am for the month of feb starting on Monday 6th. As it is to hot. We will assess March for temperature and make a class decision. See you all next week.

Another mornings Tai Chi where we explored "Cross hands and Tiger returns to mountain" or as we say "carry tiger". Qigong warm up and a set. Phew! Thanks Gillian.

Rain or shine, the Tai Chi workshop will be fabulous this weekend. Are you coming?
