What we love the most here at Allweld is being able to watch our young apprentice's grow into confident Tradespeople! We have an awesome team who nurture our young apprentices and give them the best start to their career! This is one of our apprentice's who is currently completing his Certificate III in Automotive Electrical Technology, being shown by one of our talented Tradesmen, how to wire up our Ambulances.

Another of our Sprinter Van Ambulances left yesterday and our Team were straight back into building production! We're rolling through these builds fast, so that the awesome Queensland Ambulance Service can continue to serve the Queensland communities!

One of our Sherrin Rental Service Trucks, ready for delivery! This build is customised with plenty of storage, Hydraulic System with 8 oil hoses, Smac Air Compressor & slide out vice. We love being able to bring to life awesome builds like this!

Another one of our Ergon Trucks was completed recently! We are proud to be able to build these vehicles for Ergon to assist them in serving our community. These particular Ergon trucks are fitted with plenty of storage, a Palfinger Crane & stability legs, slide out vice, air hose, winch & heaps more! We love being able to design & bring to life these awesome builds!

The 1st of our Sprinter Van's for the Queensland Ambulance Service has rolled off the assembly line. Qualifications are preferred, however experienced individuals without a formal certificate will be considered as well. We would also consider 3rd or 4th year apprentices. We are looking for a CNC operator to join our team at Allweld!

A successful applicant must be competent in operating a 5 Axis CNC Waterjet Cutter or a CNC Laser Cutter, whilst following all safety guidelines. The ideal candidate will also need to be able to read drawings and a broad knowledge of various metals and their properties.

Responsibilities:
• Prepare and operate CNC machines to perform tasks as requested.
• Understand specifications of the task at hand and the desired result by reading blueprints, mechanical drawings etc.
• Proven experience as CNC operator
• Skill in operating CNC machinery and tooling as well as precision measurement tools
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical documents and drawings
• Computer savvy with basic understanding of computer programming and CAD/CAM
• A keen eye for detail and results-driven approach
• Good communication abilities
• Understand different materials
• Confident in operations of Router, Water Jet and Laser cutters

Another pretty impressive looking transporter left Allweld recently, it was definitely one-of-a-kind! Internally, this vehicle has a good-sized living space including kitchenette, sitting & sleeping areas and bathroom facilities. There is also plenty of space for storage and features appliances such as a fridge, TV and air conditioner.

Not only is this transporter grand on the outside, but there are some stunning features inside as well. In the vehicle holding area, there is a mirror finish ceiling making it feel very grand and spacious. There is also an assortment of lighting inside and out, that is practical as well as stylish.
