Who doesn’t love a Challenge that isn’t too long and finishes riiiiiiight before the Christmas parties kick in? 🙋🏻🙋🏽♀️🙋🏻🙋🏽♀️🙋🏾♂️

Our 8 week Challenge for ALL our members includes:
🏋♂️ A programmed daily workout in your .app for PROGRESSIVE OVERLOAD. This means, do not expect fun and fluffy workouts that DO NOT hit the same muscle over and over again to get a response. Progressive overload means hitting the same muscle, putting heavier weight on it each time to make the muscle grow. 3 training blocks included in the 8wks.
🍍 All new 1700 calorie meal plan designed by Nutritionist Maeve Galante that has substitutes for Vegitarians for each recipe and also notes for how to add more calories to each meal if you need to sit at a higher calorie mark.
🤝 Constant staff support and additional openings for a weekly or a fortnightly PT session to keep you on track to achieve this goal. PT sessions are $55/45mins or $70/hr.
Every member at QuickFit will be getting access to this exclusive challenge and it is another way we want to add value to everyone’smembership ❤
