To grow your business effectively, here are four things you need to stop doing:
1. Relying on an Unreliable Payment System: Upgrade to a solid payment system that ensures smooth and secure transactions. Avoid potential hassles and client frustrations by choosing a reliable platform to handle your payments seamlessly.
2. Program delivery. Move away from live sessions and start recording your coaching programs. By offering pre-recorded sessions, you can provide flexible access to your content, accommodating diverse schedules and time zones.
3. Lead-Centric Email Campaigns: Tailor your email campaigns based on your client's perspective and needs not just from a lead perspective.
4. Manual Client Nurturing: Set up automated nurturing sequences to provide ongoing support and valuable content to your clients. Automation ensures that clients feel cared for, even when you're not actively engaged, leading to stronger client relationships.
By implementing these strategies, you create a more efficient and client-focused coaching business, allowing you to scale, nurture your clients effortlessly, and provide exceptional experiences.
Knowing where your clients hang out is crucial for effective marketing and connecting with your target audience. Different social media platforms attract distinct demographics and user behaviours.
TikTok is the best place to be when targeting a younger audience, aged 20 and younger. TikTok thrives on quick and engaging video content. Facebook and Instagram are popular among middle-aged and mid-ranged users seeking community, connection, and valuable content.
As a professional networking platform, LinkedIn caters to a more corporate and career-oriented audience. It is ideal for leadership coaches and professionals targeting a business-to-business (B2B) market.
Understanding the demographics and preferences of your target audience allows you to tailor your marketing efforts effectively. By choosing the right platforms, you can connect with the right people.
And the new is done! Lilo approves!
It is common knowledge among successful business owners that having multiple income streams generates high revenue and builds a thriving business. My strategy revolves around starting with low-ticket offerings and gradually guiding my customers toward my hero program.
Low-ticket products or services serve as the perfect entry point for potential clients. These affordable and accessible offerings attract a larger audience, allowing me to expand my reach and visibility. By delivering exceptional value through these initial interactions, I establish trust with my customers and showcase my expertise.
Moving customers from low-ticket to the hero program is a natural progression. The trust and satisfaction they have experienced with my initial offerings make them more willing to invest in the more comprehensive solutions provided in the hero program. This strategy not only boosts customer retention but also strengthens the relationship between me and my clients.
DISC profiling is a behaviour assessment tool that helps individuals and teams gain insights into their behaviour styles and communication preferences. It categorise individuals into four main styles: Dominance (D), Influence (I), Steadiness (S), and Conscientiousness (C).
In essence, DISC profiling empowers you to sell effectively, create tailored programs, and build a harmonious team environment by recognising and appreciating the uniqueness of each behaviour style.
Embracing DISC insights allows you to unlock the potential of individuals and teams, leading to greater success and productivity in various aspects of business.
It's finally arrived! Final proof before we go printing!
A niche refers to a specific segment or target market that you focus on when marketing your products or services. It is not just about the people you work with but rather the people you aim to attract and serve through your offerings.
By identifying your niche, you can concentrate your marketing efforts on reaching the right audience. This allows you to position yourself as an expert in that area and create a more impactful marketing campaign.
Discovering your niche enables you to stand out in the market, establish yourself as an authority, and build stronger connections with your ideal customers. By catering to the specific needs of your niche audience, you position yourself for long-term success and growth in your business.
As you embark on scaling your coaching business to new heights, one crucial factor stands out – building a winning team!
And that's where DISC profiling comes into play, unlocking the potential to create a dynamic and cohesive team that drives your success.
Understanding behaviour styles: DISC profiling unveils the diverse behaviour styles present in your team.
Recognising these styles allows you to leverage the unique strengths and communication preferences of each team member.

Having a mentor in business can be a game-changer. They provide guidance, support, and valuable insights from their own experiences. A mentor can help you navigate challenges, avoid pitfalls, and accelerate your career growth.
They can also introduce you to their network, which can open doors to new opportunities. If you're serious about success, find a mentor who can help you get there.

When I tell my clients about my 3/3 principle, they're blown away. They assume that, since I run a million-dollar coaching business, I would be working 12 hours a day and juggling 10 tasks at a time.
However, this is not the reality when you have strong systems in place, a team you can trust, and a clear focus for your business.
Some of us pursue coaching, while others fall into it. Whatever your journey maybe it's important to focus on why you became a coach, who you want to coach and what impact you want to have.

Time management is one of the biggest struggles for business owners. You need to realise that doing less means you'll accomplish more.
Instead of juggling 10 tasks for the day and not completing any of them, which can stress you out and exhaust you, focus on having three tasks for the day and complete them.
Over time, you will regain control of your time, feel more accomplished, and make progress in moving your business forward.
Good systems in your business mean more profit with less effort! Imagine having streamlined operations, automated tasks, and clear guidelines for your team.
With efficient processes in place, you can delegate like a boss and watch your business grow. By working smarter, not harder, you'll have more time to focus on what truly matters.
The challenges faced by busy coaches are often more rewarding and manageable compared to those of coaches with limited clients. In a thriving coaching practice, the primary focus is on managing a growing client base and meeting the demands of a busy schedule, which signifies success and opportunities for professional development.
On the other hand, coaches with few clients face the difficulties of attracting new clients, building their reputation, and maintaining a steady income. While the challenges of a busy coaching practice may seem demanding, they often bring a sense of fulfilment and growth, making them more enjoyable and satisfying in the long run.
More money better problems
How do I structure my day as a business coach with ADHD?
It's simple, have 3 personal and 3 professional tasks I need to complete each day.

Transitioning from a corporate job to working for yourself comes with the challenge of losing a supportive team. In a corporate environment, colleagues collaborate and provide a sense of camaraderie.
However, as an entrepreneur, one must take on all responsibilities alone. This can lead to feelings of isolation and decreased productivity. Yet, it presents an opportunity for personal growth and the need to cultivate new networks to recreate teamwork and collaboration in a different form.
Having systems to scale your business is crucial for long-term growth and success. Scaling your business with effective systems allows you to handle a higher volume of work, customers, or operations while maintaining or improving efficiency and effectiveness.
Implementing scalable systems allows you to handle growth and expansion without becoming overwhelmed or sacrificing quality.
Believe it or not, you can work less and earn more.
Growing your personal brand is vital when growing your coaching business! Your business is an extension of you, so your message, beliefs and values will dictate the business you build and the clients you require.
And this doesn't mean you need to look like a yogi to be a meditation teacher or drive a Ferrari as a business coach, it means your values and message need to be represented through your business and your personal brand.
It's about being rapport and trust with your clients.
Your business is like your baby! You create it, nurture it and watch it grow.
This is why it can be so hard to let go of certain aspects of your business when hiring staff or outsourcing tasks and jobs.
But letting go and allowing this, is when you can take your business to the next level.
As a business owner, you need to work on the business, not in the business.
Going after low-ticket clients won't attract high-ticket clients.
But going after high-ticket clients will attract low-ticket clients.
A common miss belief is that the more successful you become the more structure and dedication is required, this doesn't need to be the case.
Creating systems, building out a strong team and establishing non-negotiable rules will provide you with so much freedom, no matter how successful you become.
How do you do this you may ask? You can join our free Level Up Coach Collective™ group, where I share free resources on how to scale, create systems and build a strong team to grow a business that works for you.
