We have some exciting news to share about Elana Place!
For Stage 1, weโre thrilled to announce that civil works are complete! The only outstanding authority to achieve the Statement of Compliance (SOC) is electrical (Ausnet). Pending a satisfactory audit, we expect the final SOC from Whittlesea City Council the week starting 27 May 2024. Settlements are anticipated for mid-June 2024.
Stage 2 is also progressing well. We are on target to complete civil works, including Edith Street and the Wetlands, by the end of May 2024. June will be dedicated to achieving SOC, with settlements anticipated for mid-July 2024.

Settlements and Title Registration are on track for April '24. Expect to hear from us in early March '24 to coordinate valuation inspections. Please note that access from your appointed valuer will be supervised by our dedicated Project Management team due to ongoing construction activity.
