Another showcase of texture & natural flavour bombs of Thai cuisine. Belachan is shrimp paste which gives very unique aroma and salty and umami taste. So the fried rice itself will just taste salty and umami.

Belachan fried rice will always come with fresh chilli, lime wedge, beans, sweetened pork, shallots, sweet sausage, egg-roll and lastly sour green mango (we use green apple instead for consistent supply)
