I’ve had the most wonderful holiday to rest and recharge and had an unforgettable trip to Japan. It reminds me of the importance of balance and filling my cup so that I can continue to do the job that I love and hold space for others. Very grateful to be back in clinic over the weekend and to catch up with my clients. 💙
Feeling burnt out and overwhelmed? It’s time for some self-care bingo!
Make it your goal this weekend to try some of these things and let your cup refill again. 🩷
Happy International Women’s Day to all women. Keep shining with your charisma, uniqueness, nerve & talent. ⭐
Here’s some pics of my fave women (minus my brother Josh, though he did grow up with 5 sisters and is basically an honorary women 😅) - tag yours!
Can you feel the shift? 🍁
We’re welcoming Autumn and the Metal element that holds our Lung and Large Intestine Meridians.
Are you currently questioning your purpose or life path? This season is one of introspection and reflection around who we are at our core.
It is also a time for grief and letting go, processing loss or moving on from the things that no longer serve us.
Be kind to yourself this season and if you need some extra support, come see me. 🧡
An easy way to help manifest and achieve your goals is by writing a list. Here’s mine!
- New website
- Launching products
- Sharing tools to help support you at home
- Continuing to help my clients heal and grow
- Attend workshops for further growth
What are your goals for 2024? 🔮
Grateful to work with such wonderful clients. 🙏🏻
The arrival of the Summer season heralds the presence of—you guessed it—the fire element! While Spring gently nudged us back into the flow of things, Summer is a season of vigor, warmth, and constant motion.
Within the domain of the fire element, we find the meridians governing the Heart, Circulation S*x, Small Intestine, and Triple Warmer. Imbalances in these areas may manifest as emotions such as despair, sadness, or anger.
To rekindle a sense of vitality and joy, consider introducing cooling foods into your diet, maintaining proper hydration, adjusting your sleep routine to rise earlier and retire later, and immersing yourself in activities that ignite your inner fire and evoke passion.
Here’s to (hopefully) warmer and brighter days ahead and as always; I’m here for you if you’re needing any extra support in this new season. 🌞
September Break!
Hello friends!
Just checking in to let you know that my appointments will be closed for the whole month of September!
I’ll be back running as normal in October, I’ll catch you in the Spring - Achoo! 🌼
One of the core concepts in Kinesiology is that the body is made up of energy or Qi (Chi) and that we can be in or out of balance. In Chinese Philosophy, balance and harmony are represented as Yin and Yang and are two opposing yet connecting forces like light and dark, day and night and the moon and sun - to name a few.
When the scales are tipped towards one side more than the other we can start to feel like we are lacking in certain areas energetically. We are on the tail end of Winter which is a Yin dominated season and tends to make us less motivated, less active and prone to colds. I have been craving masculine/Yang scents this week which has been a good indicator that I might have a bit too much Yin energy at the moment.
Having a balance can help bring the body back into equilibrium and create a more positive flow of energy. Appointments are available on my website. ❄
Brrr, it is well and truly Winter!
Winter belongs to the Water element which houses the Kindney & Bladder Meridians and the associated emotion is Fear.
It is very Yin in nature as we tend to slow down and become more introverted, taking time to relax and recover. This is a season to nourish and rejuvenate, replenishing our qi energy for when the hustle and bustle of Spring comes back around.
When we are out of balance with the Winter season our fears can start to control us and make us feel blue. When we are in tune with the seasons, we can flourish even in the cooler months of the year.
Signs of imbalance:
🥶 Fear
🥶 Depression
🥶 Prone to illness
🥶 Fatigue
🥶 Social anxiety
🥶 More susceptible to cold
Ways to bring yourself back to balance:
❄️ Eat warming foods & seasonal produce
❄️ Drink warm to hot water
❄️ Keep your feet and head warm
❄️ Practice mindfulness
❄️ Get as much sunlight as you can
❄️ Embrace being at home and slowing down
Mid year check in:
Can you believe we're at the halfway point already?
While I'm not a believer in New Year's resolutions, I do like to set an intention for the year and any goals I would like to achieve. Kinesiology is all about goal setting and balancing our energy to set us up for success.
Ask yourself the following:
✨ What are my goals?
✨ What blockages might be stopping my success?
✨ What do I want the rest of the year to look like?
✨ What steps do I need to take to achieve this?
If those questions feel a little overwhelming, I’m here to help. 🧡

Autumn is here and just as the leaves change, things begin to shift in our lives. This is a season associated with the Metal element which houses our Lung and Large Intestine meridians. The Lung relates to grief and inspiration and the Large Intestine is about letting go, so this can be a highly emotional yet empowering season. Grief can relate to the loss of a loved one but can also be about accepting change in our lives. As we transition out of Summer, a season full of activity, we start to enter a rest period as we prepare for hibernation. This is the perfect time to set healthy boundaries and stop overextending ourselves while paying attention to what may be changing in our lives and presenting itself emotionally.
Signs of a Metal imbalance:
🍁 skin issues like dry skin or eczema
🍁 prone to colds and flus
🍁 asthma
🍁 fatigue
🍁 depression
🍁 difficulty letting go
🍁 grief
Kinesiology can be a powerful tool to balance the elements and associated meridians in the body and help us transition through this Autumn season. Like to know more? Book an appointment today!
Metaphysical Pain
Did you know that emotions can become trapped in the body? They can also manifest into a physical symptom, for example our lower back might ache when we are feeling unsupported or our hips might hurt when we're stuck and unable to make a decision.
There are many metaphysical reasons for pain in the body, so take a minute to ask yourself - how am I feeling physically? Often times it will tell us more about our emotional state then we realise.
So if you're having issues with shifting stagnant energy and processing or facing these stuck emotions, book in today. 🙏
Incase you missed it in our stories, this is just an FYI that I've had some technical issues with bookings through my website but this has now been resolved.
If you ever see an error message pop up while trying to book, please do reach out and let me know!
Have a wonderful rest of the week! ☀️

*Update* the last appointment has been filled. 🙏
Adrenal fatigue is showing up a lot with my clients lately so I thought I would jump on here and explain what it is and what the signs are if you're experiencing it.
It's a very common, stress related issue which affects the cortisol levels in the body and leads to a less than diserable state of being. In other words, burn out!
Signs/symptoms include:
💀 Lack of energy
💀 Lack of motivation
💀 Craving carbohydrates, sugar and caffeine
💀 Poor sleep
💀 Mood swings
💀 Difficulty focusing or remembering
💀 Mild depression and anxiety
Our adrenals are also tied to our fight and flight repsonse and as we navigate the challenges of every day life, we are constantly triggering these responses which releases adrenaline and cortisol from our adrenal glands.
Ways to bring ourselves back into balance:
⭐ Supplements like Vitamin B, folic acid, Vitamin C, etc.
⭐ Breathing techniques
⭐ A healthy diet
⭐ Adequate sleep
⭐ Exercise
⭐ Reducing caffeine and other stimulants
⭐ Engaging in a hobby
And if you're having issues with implementing positive change, book in for a kinesiology session to help address any blockages that may be hindering you from getting out of your adrenal funk!

A very merry Christmas to everyone and a big thank you to all of you who have supported me in my new business venture. I hope you all have a safe and happy New Year and I'll see you in 2023. 🍻
Did you know that Kinesiology can also help kids?
We have undoubtedly had a trying time the last couple of years, from a health crisis to social unrest to now a time of economic uncertainty - as adults we know the toll this has taken on us all mentally, emotionally and physically. For kids, whether they have had an understanding of what's been happening in the world or not, they do pick up and react to what's happening at home. From isolation during lockdowns and homeschooling, to picking up on stress in the household, parent relationship breakdowns and health anxiety - it's no wonder so many children are suffering from anixety and other mental disorders.
Kinesiology is a non-invasive form of therapy that works to naturally heal and facilitate positive change in your child's life. It can help with mental disorganisation, behavioural problems, trauma and so much more.
If you have any questions on whether Kinesiology might be suitable for your child, feel free to DM me or email at [email protected]. 🪴
Age Regression
During a balance we muscle test and correct things that show in present time but we can also age regress to address a time in the past.
When we go back to a specified age, it can mean that there is an event, emotion or mindset that may need to be cleared or a time where we felt positive and need to bring that energy forward into our present.
It's a powerful tool for locating the root cause of an issue and providing a wholistic approach to healing the subconscious and soothing our inner child. 🕰️
I’m here at Prana House this weekend and offering 30 minute intro Kinesiology sessions for $25.

Happy Friday, everyone! 🐈
All you have to be is ready.
You don't need to have all of the answers or even know where to start - you just need to be willing and ready to allow change and progress to happen.
And it will feel uncomfortable and at times you will want to throw in the towel and stick to what feels safe, to the negative patterns that feel more like an old friend at this point. Familiar.
That's because change is scary, even positive change but all you have to be is ready. 💜
