Our clinic is getting busier and is looking for a reliable and experienced Dental Assistant to join our team.

🔊Introducing our Principal Dentist:

Dr Fayyad (Fay) El Wazni (BBMED, DDS - Melbourne Uni)

Dr Fayyad topped his High School in Melbourne’s northern suburb of Reservoir, then moved on to complete a Bachelor of Biomedicine and a Doctor of Dental Surgery at the university of Melbourne receiving numerous scholarships and awards.

He then commenced work immediately in private practice working 5-6 days/week, across many clinics gaining a wealth of experience/knowledge throughout the years; before settling close to home and launching Glad Smiles Dental.

Dr Fayyad is an all round Dentist who is capable of cosmetic dentistry, veneers, Invisalign, wisdom teeth removal, crown and bridge dentistry, and implant surgery.

He maintains that the most valuable asset to himself is his own patients, and for his patients, for the sake and satisfaction of his patients, he will never tire, never slacken and never lose courage.

Dr Fayyad continues to develop himself by sitting many of the higher end examination processes, and presently is conducting an intensive course in the field of braces in order to be able to manage your children's teeth at a much more comprehensive level.

In 2020, Fayyad successfully passed the primary examinations of the Royal Australasian College of Dental Surgeons (RACDS), with outstanding commendations, further distinguishing himself from his peers. Soon, Fayyad plans to expand into obtaining a Fellowship in her Majesties Royal College of Dental Surgeons by sitting the secondaries intensive examination.

He believes in an Aesthetic, Comprehensive and a Full Mouth Reconstructive approach to dentistry. Aiming to reach perfection with every smile delivered to his patients.

In his free time (if ever), Fayyad rides motorcycles, reads extensively and spends time with his family.
