Big yes to this! If I have learnt any lesson this year it’s that conscious relationships take work. The difference between a conscious and unconscious relationship is that BOTH parties are willing to work through triggers, hurdles and past traumas to create a safe space for both parties to develop and grow. If they aren’t willing to do the work, you need to let them go. You need to let them walk into that space when they are ready too, or you’re flogging a dead horse.
