Playing in the Club today we have new mix by our friend DJ SURE - hit the link in bio to play along at home.

You may have heard we are bringing back the daily muffin - today with white chocolate, blueberry then piped full of citrus curd. Get in early.

The cabinets is loaded with the sweetest things including this chocolate tart with brown sugar chantilly.

Bakers breaky is topped with your choice of pepperoni, guanciale pineapple, asparagus fetta or a classic Margherita.

Plus pies, sandwiches and all your faves and yes, there’s fougasse.

BREAD CLUB X SOUNDFOOD X PIE MIX

Local legend is back with Part Trois of his mix series for Bread Club and to celebrate he has also prepared a special Pie Mix for this weekend.

The Smoked Brisket, Red Wine & Pepper Pie involves a 7 day kimchi brine, a 36 hour sous-vide then 3 hour smoking session- lovingly made to warm you this weekend.

Once the season had passed, the Hot # # # Buns felt an inexplicable pull, drawing them away from their bakery homes. Following the guidance of their wise elder bun, they embarked on a migration, hopping through fields and forests, across rivers and valleys. Their journey a whispered legend of camaraderie and tradition among the bakery shelves.

They’re ba-ack! From now until the bunny arrives we will have Hot # # # Buns available daily at Albert Park & North Melbourne. Traditional, chocolate and the twice-baked special (get in early for those). Preorders for the big lead up will go live shortly, but we will have plenty in store in the meantime. IT’S ALMOST TIME

Our bakers are busily baking all the pre-orders available for collection daily! Don’t forget this Wednesday is the last chance to place your orders (link in bio) and we will not be able to accept any phone pre-orders. We will however have LOADS of goodies in the shops so feel free to pay us a visit and grab a coffee and lunch while you are at it!
