PHO LY QUOC SU - PHO HA NOI STYLE

It’s hard to deny that when it comes to famous Hanoi cuisine, pho is the first dish that is recommended to taste, once in a lifetime. Besides, pho is also a favorite dish of Hanoians because of its quintessential features when it comes to Hanoi dishes.

Although Nam Dinh is considered the first place in Vietnam to have pho, Hanoi pho is said to be the most delicious and sophisticated not only because of its quality but also by the way it is processed and the taste.

Pho consists of rice noodles, beef and chicken, sounds easy to make, but having a good bowl of pho is not easy. The broth must be simmered from beef bones to achieve the best quality. The broth is clear and sweet from bones..The rice noodle should be soft but not mushy; and the meat must be fresh. Additives are also very important to make Pho delicious. There should be some coriander , spring onions, pepper …Pho is best enjoyed while still hot with garlic vinegar, chili sauce and Quay- Vietnamese donuts…
