It’s time for pulled pork!

This is a lunch you won’t want to miss - pork shoulder slowly cooked over 12 hours and pulled with Smokey barbecue sauce. All this on a bed of pickle juice fennel slaw and Swiss cheese, all topped with Japanese mayo, pickled zucchini (it’s back!), Spanish onions and chopped herbs.

It tastes even better than it looks, so hustle down to chieftains before they run out!

What's been some of your favourite content lately?

Braised beef for all seasons!! Slow cooked Asian style with zucchini, Spanish onion pickles and coleslaw.

There is a planned power outage for Cockatoo from 8am-4pm on Friday the 9th - we will still be open!

We will have a generator set up to keep our fridges cold and our butchery and small goods available for you.

Lunch is still on the menu, our smoker-trailer doesn’t need electricity which means some succulent chicken Marylands will be coming your way on Friday!
