The Sugarplum Elegy, a twist on the classic ‘Naked and Famous’ with mezcal, salted plum infused tequila, Aperol, Yellow Chartreuse, umeshu, red date goji & longan syrup, guava, lime, clarified and carbonated

The Philosykos Negroni, a white Negroni with yuzu gin, fig aperitif and washed with coconut oil

A new favourite from the Autumn menu is our cherry wood smoked Beef Rib with shimeji galbi, sake demi glace, pickles.

We recommend pairing this with a Golden Jackfire cocktail - it's a cardamon infused jimmy rum with house made jackfruit agave, super juice, yellow chartreuse, honey apricot and smoked hickory bitters.

Lunch plans for tomorrow? Whether you're gearing up to return to the office or enjoying a four-day weekend, Klae is your ideal lunch destination on Swan Street.

From 12pm, we will be serving up all the favourites from our new lunch menu. Chef Oak recommends trying the new cold ramen with shoyu tare, burnt miso and caramelised onion crumbs.

For those who are looking for a long lunch, we've got you covered with $13 Pizzini wines & $10 pints from Fox Friday and Sailors Grave until 4pm.
