Have you noticed your lawn turning brown recently? With the cold mornings we’ve had here in Melbourne, it’s caused a bit of frost burn on some lawns ❄️
Not worry though, they will recover! Come Spring time, once the weather warms up and they are out of dormancy, and after a bit of fertiliser, they will bounce back 🌱

New design and installation 🤗

Once established, a beautiful Magnolia ‘super gem’ will feature in the middle corner. Running along the back of the garden beds are Standard Roses, and the gorgeous purple flowers of the Salvias will peer over the solid Buxus ‘sempervirens’ hedge at the front.
Now, we wait!

Have you noticed your English Box (Buxus ‘sempervirens’) hedges “bronzing”?
This is a common response to environmental stress and is usually most noticeable in Autumn/ Winter.
Here in Melbourne, after having a very warm and dry end to Summer, followed by a sudden cold change coming into Autumn, it’s no surprise that i’m seeing alot of this happening.
Due to its slow growth habits, it will take a while to show improvement even after treatment.
