Ok after advertising my new class - I’ve been getting a lot of inquiries about what Hyderabadi food is like…
BIG flavours and a lot of spices in the blends… it’s almost like if North Indian and South Indian cuisine had a baby .. then add some DNA from Pakistani / Arabian cuisine .
Yep that sounds about right .
Take for example my mutton pepper fry - I’m certain you’ve never had mutton like this. You’ll be licking your fingers clean with my secret recipe which hails from one of the southern states in India.
It’s a very interesting cooking technique too…
Butter soft silky mutton twice cooked in peppery heaven with multiple spice blends and finally tempered into a thick luscious masala which coats every meat grain. (It’s easy don’t worry).
