To celebrate this delightfully refreshing beer joining Collective Arts core range and hitting Australian shores for the first time we teamed up with some of our fav venues across the country for some launch events. A couple of these have already happened but there’s a number of them still to come including 3 this Friday at in Melbourne in Brisbane and / in Hobart! There’s some free tastings happening as well so get down to these venues for a very good time!

After the hugely popular last shipment of ciders, wines and hybrids from wild ferment wizards Revel & Ibi, we’ve brought over another great range of their incredible fruit ferments including good amounts of the epic wine/cider hybrid cans which are the absolute perfect summer picnic partners!

This Friday in the east & the west we are celebrating the incredibly creative and flavour packed beers from our friends in Quebec with tap showcase events at in Melbourne and in Perth.

We were lucky enough to visit the brewery in the beautiful little town of Dunham back in 2019 and were blown away by everything they were doing. From the amazing beers, the fantastic bar, restaurant and accommodation and their incredible hospitality. It was truly a memorable visit.

Inspired by European brewing traditions, their know-how is focused on the exploration and renewal of classic styles and their approach is part of the wave of American modernism that has been shaking the foundations of the North American brewing scene for a quarter of a century.

Whether it's aged in barrels, loaded with lupulin, intensely fruity or delicately wild, they are producing fantastic beers across a range of styles and we can’t get enough!

Based in the beautiful little town of Dunham in Quebec near the border of Vermont, it’s a really special place making really special beers which we were very lucky to visit back in 2019.

We’ve restocked with a heap of their best stuff including their iconic Porter Baltique which, once again in 2021, was awarded World’s Best Style Winner in the World’s Best Strong Porter category at the World Beer Awards! A number of their other beers were also honoured at the awards.

We are super excited to welcome , Revel Ciders wine focused label, to the portfolio. Ibi showcases some truly unique, wild fermented wines, sometimes made from familiar grapes but also some very unfamiliar grapes not usually seen in Australia including Maréchal Foch, Seyval Blanc and Vidal. We are super excited to welcome to the portfolio the delightful range of wild ferment, minimal intervention ciders, wines, wine & cider hybrids and vermouth from the fantastic and their secondary wine focused label . Always wild fermented, their ciders and wines are the truest reflections of the people, time and place that they come from. Whilst apple ferments are a large part of what they do, they don’t subscribe to the idea that cider must only be made from apples. Instead they strive to showcase a more complete flavour and aroma spectrum by utilising all manner of plants available in their local area including fruits, leaves, roots & flowers. ​​​​​​​​

The Ones Who Walk Away IPA was one of our absolute favourites from our recent shipment. Brewed with oats & loaded with Nelson Sauvin & Riwaka hops. This is a seriously well balanced, full flavoured Hazy IPA with excellent head retention that drinks like a DIPA at only 6.5%. Can’t wait for another shipment from these legends!
