It's happening again!! We're back on Saturday the 23rd (10am-2pm) for our exciting Easter Market! Lots of opportunities to pick up some perfect Easter gifts, keep the kids entertained with our first Easter scavenger hunt, and lots of food and fun on offer.
(And if you're a local maker who would love to have a stall, get in touch, as we still have a few spare - We're especially keen to support young makers who would love to give a market a go!)

Only 2 more sleeps until the Box Hill Village Christmas Market, this Saturday from 10am-2pm at 3-5 Ellingworth Pde, Box Hill.
It might be a bit wet, but that's not stopping us from creating a festive and friendly space to come and connect with your community, and to do some Christmas shopping for those unique, locally created gifts for that hard-to-buy-for someone!
And we'll have the BBQ going with the Box Hill Baptist Boatbuilding/Men's Shed crew, and the ever delightful Shwe's Kitchen Australia
Plus free fairy floss and face painting for the kids (or adults if you're so inclined!!)
It's a slightly wet forecast for our upcoming Christmas Market on this Saturday (10am-2pm) - but don't let that put you off!
All our stallholders are inside where it's dry, and we've got big marquees and shelter outside for our food stalls. So don't let a little precipitation stop you from a bit of festive fun and Christmas shopping!

It's just one month until our Christmas Village Market on the 9th of December - and we've got a wonderful array of stallholders ready to share their passions with you and help you get those Christmas presents sorted.
We do have a few tables left, so if you know of any local makers or stallholders who'd be keen to be involved, get in touch! Even if you've got some young ones who are trying their hand at starting a local craft business, we'd love to support them!

Our Christmas Market is back!!
We'll be creating some festive cheer right in the heart of Box Hill on Saturday the 9th of December, 10am-2pm with lots of food, craft and gift stalls, music and kids activities all happening at the Village Well / Box Hill Baptist Church (3-5 Ellingworth Pde).
We have spaces available for stallholders - so if you'd love the opportunity to share your crafty passions with your community, get in touch and we'll try our best to fit you in. We're also super-keen to support any young makers and creators out there - so if you have a young one who loves making things and would like to try their hand at selling, we'd love to support that.

It was a brisk, breezy Saturday but that didn't stop us from celebrating Easter in the Village Market style!

The Easter Village Market is coming up this Saturday! And what do we have in store??

It's all undercover, so whatever the weather, pop to 3-5 Ellingworth Parade between 10-2 to join with your community and share in that Easter vibe together!
(Easy parking in Harrow St and Ellingworth Parade, or better yet, ride, walk, or bus up!)

A beautiful day for a truly wonderful Christmas Market! It was great to see so many from our local community join in, grab some wonderful gifts and treats, and spend some time with some other people from our local village!
Thanks to everyone who came, and especially all those who helped make it happen - including our stallholders, volunteers and everyone else who contributed to an amazing day!

It might be two weeks til Christmas, but it's just one more sleep until our Christmas Market!! The weather is looking beautiful and we have a wonderful array of stallholders, food and activities planned for you to enjoy...
- Gifts and treats including Christmas decorations, toys, crocheted gifts, grazing boxes, jewellery, lip gloss, crystals, honey, candles, biscuits & jams, cakes and more!
- Lots of food including pies, a sausage sizzle, egg & bacon rolls, free coffee & tea, and Shwe's amazing Burmese food!
- Music from the Box Hill Community Choir (performing at about 11:45), and Andy Harris's awesome band (performing 2 sets at about 10:30 and 12:45)
- Kids activities including angel and candy cane reindeer making.
- And the Box Hill Boatbuilding group are bringing along their latest handiwork, so you can get a family photo in our festive Christmas boat!!
So put aside an hour or two between 10-2 this Saturday and come join the festive fun!! Easy parking available in Ellingworth Pde & Harrow St, or make the most of the weather and walk/cycle up!
Box Hill may be a growing city, but it's still a village at heart. Come and join your village community at 3-5 Ellingworth Pde, 10am-2pm on Saturday the 10th of December. We are returning for a pre-Christmas Summar fair on the 10th of December, with planning in the works for an abundance of diverse stallholders and festive activities for the whole family. Follow our FB page to keep up to date with all of it as it comes together.
If you're a local creator, artist or maker wanting to get involved please get in touch - we'd love to have you running a stall and meeting your local community in a fun, festive environment!

What a beautiful day for a Spring Market!!
Thanks to all the amazing, talented stallholders and the local community for coming together for a truly enjoyable Spring Village Market. The weather certainly turned out for us today and we loved seeing old and new friends come together in the sunshine!
We look forward to seeing you again at our Summer/Christmas market, on the 10th of December!

Pop on down between 10 and 2 Saturday to browse through the wares of some local creators, grab a sausage or egg & bacon roll, a free fairy floss for the kids (or yourself - we won't judge!!), and perhaps plant a seedling or two in the spirit of Spring!!
It's looking pretty good for this coming Saturday's Market - but whether the weather is fine, rainy or windy, we'll be going ahead- the only difference being all our wonderful stallholders may move inside!
So whatever the weather, we look forward to seeing you there from 10am-2pm. The free fairy floss machine will be up and running again, and we've added egg & bacon rolls to the bbq (in addition to the expected sausage sizzle!), plus free seedling planting and stallholders with everything from candles and honey to jewellery and free range eggs!

Just over one week to go our next Village Market, and a chance to celebrate Spring after a long hard winter!
Come and join us as we offer some free seedling planting to take home for the kids to get them into the Spring spirit, and you can reward their hard work with a free fairy floss as well!

This week is your last chance to book a stall for our upcoming Spring Village Market on the 1st of October (10am-2pm). We have a wonderful group of stallholders already but there's always room for one or two more - so get in touch by Friday if you want to join the community fun!
After an amazing first Easter market back in April, we are officially back for Spring 2022 and then 4 times a year from then on!!
And once again, we are inviting all local creators, makers, crafties and foodies who might want to hold a stall to get in touch to book one! The feedback from our first stallholders was incredibly positive and we look forward to building a regular community around these events.
And you don't even need to be a full-blown business - If you've got some kids who'd love to build some entrepreneurial skills, or simply share their crafty passion with the community, we'd love to include them too.
(To help ensure these events are sustainable, a modest stallholder fee of $30 is being put in place.)
