Farmer Girl Laksa Curry Sauce for easy delicious Laksa at home!

If you’re making a noodle soup style Laksa you can use veggies like bok choi, red capsicum, carrot, mushroom, bean shoots or whatever you have on hand. Finish with fresh coriander & lime juice.

Depending on how many people you are serving and how “soupy” you like it, you can add some vege stock or coconut milk to thin out the sauce if required. 1 jar will comfortably serve 3 – 4 people.
Once opened it will stay fresh for 2 weeks so if you are a single or couple you can have a couple of
meals during that time.
