"The Salt and Steel series explores the imagery of industrial shipping, the interplay of sea, sky, large scale man made objects, industrial textures and an occasional, fragile human presence.
These images, from China, South East Asia, India and Australia, were created during a series of photographic assignments. Some are “out-takes”, considered a little too gritty for commercial purposes."

Salt and Steel.
"The mountain cattleman series is about recording a group of people who were taking their cattle for grazing in the summer months to the Victoria High Country dating back to 1834. The cancelling of the Alpine leases means the intimate knowledge of the land, the culture and living Australian heritage of the Mountain Cattlemen will be lost to Australia forever."
The lonely structures series is still in the making, where will it go next?

This series is still in the making.
Vietnam holds a special place in my soul.
Sweet smells, softness of colours, gentle blend of ancient cultures evident in the architecture.
Port Kembla Steelworks, where currently 2.6 million tonnes of raw steel is produced each year.
"Wonderful assignment to capture architectural structures made by BlueScope steel NZ. The wine is superb and so is the steel melting into the landscape."

"This series was for a residential development on Hayman. I had to capture the feel of a place, rather than simply recording what I have seen. So we sought images that avoided the usual island cliches and showed lesser-known aspects of the Hayman environment."
