Continental breakfast with family. Baked beans, vegan hollandaise sauce, sweet potato rosties, fennel & capsicum hash. I found Easy way to eat, all rolled in wrap.

Lockdown lifted. Damodar lamp offering kirtan & dinner. Spring roll, nasi goreng, veg manchurian, sweet corn soup wait the dessert selection is vanilla slice, black sesame pudding, sweet rice kheer & there were few more miscellaneous fillers but they didn't catch my attention.

VedicThali cooking class from home. Chickpea curry, Basmati rice, khichri, cucumber Raita, Yogi tea, Date & orange Halwa.

Few cakes made over this festival season. Due to covid I could not invite anyone over.

My last zoom cooking class. Mango chia seeds pudding (R, V, GF, SF), Roast veggie & humus wrap, Arancini ball with chilli Mayo, Moroccan Tagine with leon couscous.

Adding new range of flavors and dessert to go with the chai. Come n get some🍓🍰🍦
Raspberry vanilla cheese cake, almond chocolate Blondie, good ole bounties and cardamom cupcake. All raw, vegan & sugar free.

Long weekend get together. Feels like life is coming back to routine (normal?).

Fresh Mango cheese cake vegan and free from gluten too.

Now this is what we call eternally beautiful and the source of all the Beauty inner and outer.

This cake is always a crowd pleaser. I used almond chai latte mix from my favourite chai producer in Melbourne.
