SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT UPDATE:

New vCloud Email Scheduler Tool add to the VCloud Development Studio application toolset.

This will help with billing automation for sending invoices during business hours. Our staff will be able to bill at any time and all bills will be emailed within business hours 9AM-5PM on weekdays.

The new package/subscription management now allows us to:

* work with a new interface,
* not worry about what time billing is done,
* have a new way of grouping data,
* raise and complete invoices,
* modify an invoice, and
* remove an invoice from the scheduler system.

This new update will allow for vCloud’s management team to better manage clients’ invoices and give customers a better explanation of what they are being billed for.

New package and subscription management modules added to vCloud OneSync.

With a new wave of subscription services and moving to a new cloud platform in the coming months. We developed some new business rules in our management software.

The new package/subscription management now allows us to:

* raise an invoice then create a subscription from an invoice,
* modify a subscription to re-order items,
* 3/6 monthly subscriptions are now supported,
* list subscriptions by business entity,
* upload service agreements directly to the client file,
* subscription grouping at a snapshot.

This new update will allow for vCloud’s management team to better manage clients’ subscriptions and give customers a better explanation of what they are being billed for.

NEW SOFTWARE RELEASE

vCloud Updater/Loader

vCloud Updater/Loader is a fully supported program updater and loader all-in-one tool.

When set to Auto Update mode, all you need to do is pass the program name, and the program fetches the required files from the cloud and downloads, updates, and then executes the program based on the version number compared between the version file and the current program installed on your computer.

In manual mode, it allows you to check, executes when to download, or just run the program so you don't need to wait for the update to download, and then execute.

This works with all Windows programs, the only prerequisite, is to have a version build number incremented every time you build a version and/or new update.

The tool will be available at request initially and by program subscription down the track.

SOFTWARE PROJECT UPDATE - VCLOUD ONESYNC APP

Who said we can't do, Windows, Linux, macOS, iOS/iPad and Andriod development.

Within 1 week, we have not only worked out how to compile and build true cloud-based cross-platform applications. We have also found a way to create reusable code from our existing software projects, making development of mobile applications much faster.

Stay tuned for more screenshots and updated functionality as we build more into this app ... We are just getting started.

Time to start creating some new tools and apps this year.

After 7-8 months of software development, VCloud Development Studio is ready to release its initial release of vCloud OneSync, a replacement to its previous customer management system DataSync.

OneSync, has been built from scratch, and only built with the cloud in mind. Using the latest Embarcadero Delphi 11 development environment, we have taken customer, support tickets and job management to the next level.

One area we have been working on extensively is the support ticket history, to track every update and change. Here is a screenshot of the kind of detail we are recording.

A new SMS integration module, to accompany the email integration module, is now developed exclusively for VCloud Support new support ticketing module.

Developed for vCloud Support's new OneSync client management system, this new module will allow for better communication between clients and support staff to streamline IT support ... across all MSP's vCloud Support manages.

A new email template for support ticket severity levels. This new email template notifies the customer that their support ticket priority has been updated.

It also includes a table of some examples of severity levels, the definitions, and colour codes we use to define these different levels.

Now to start working on the Outlook Add-in/Plugin to be able to integrate with Microsoft Outlook and auto-add emails into the list against support tickets when clients reply.
