About the business and the role.
Located in Bayswater, Victoria, we are a Wholesaler/Distributor of Baking ingredients and packaging company servicing Metropolitan Melbourne for the last 15 years. We operate a warehouse and transport fleet that delivers to our customer orders every day.

Job tasks and responsibilities
Duties not limited to:
1. Processing of product orders;
2. Processing invoices for all sales transactions for delivery and pick-ups;
3. Checking prices and contracts are up to date;
4. Supporting the sales force with general operations to help reach the team's objectives;
5. Taking phone calls from customers orders or feedbacks;
6. Communicating internally important feedback from customers;
7. Dealing with emails and text from customers.
8. Checking of orders.

Due to the nature of our customers, knowledge of Spoken Vietnamese is necessary to excel in this role.

Skills and experience
Requirement for the role:
1. High organizational Skills and ability to multi task;
2. Ability to prioritize own workload,
3. Strong communication skills; Must have a positive attitude, Team player, willing to learn, good communication and customer relations skills. Must be a fast learner, quick and accurate in the data entry or processing customers' orders.
4. Knowledge of MYOB and Microsoft software will be an advantage. Training will be provided.
5. Minimum requirement a Certificate 4 or Diploma in Business with 1- 2 years of relevant working experience.
