In need of some releasing? (also FYI Full Moon 🌕 coming up...jsut saying cough cough perfect time to do it!)

Here are some ways you can do it yourself:

1. Write down 📃 all the things you wish to let go of. Then burn the piece of paper with the intention of allowing them to release into the infinite whilst the paper burns. 🔥

2. Move the body! 🕺 I know crazy right but literally you store the emotions in the body so by moving the body in a way that feels right for you when thinking about the thing you wish to release can actually help release it. Whether its shaking, moving your hips or going for a run.

3. Simply taking notice of the pattern or problem that keeps occuring for you whether it s an emotion or a situation etc and ponder on it as an outsider removed from the situation and go why does this keep happening what is it i need to learn what is that I could do better. And then consciously choose that you are going to attempt to be less reactive or whatever it may be. Just by making the decision will make way for the possibility of a different route for you.

These things can also be helped by a healer like myself.
If you don't feel confident working on them yourself hit up someone who does the work regularly. ✨ ❤️
