用咗小美差不多2年終於初試呢款Risotto，味道實在很不錯，但食家話可能用Thermo Server上碟所以米粒軟咗少少😅下次煑時可以減2分鐘，應該會啱啱好☺咁呢2分鐘真喺好緊要啦🤣🤣有小美真幸福，煑完完全唔洗抹爐頭等濕碎嘢，可以多番啲時間做吓其他嘢❤❤

始終是鄉村長大，從小被魚塘包圍成長的我，對魚湯就是有種情意結，小時要等阿叔捉魚時才有新鮮魚食，當然唔可能咁奢侈攞條魚嚟煲湯啦，蒸好連骨都咬一大餐🤣🤣長大後可以煲魚湯飲直頭夢想成真的感覺。而要白色嘅魚湯真喺绝非易事，感恩有小美，條魚起咗2片肉留起煲粥(當然又喺用小美煲粥啦☺)，魚骨就放落去高温爆炒，打碎，加滚水煲20 -30分鐘，嗱嗱嗱，奶白色就咁Easy出嚟啦，名符其實一鍋到底💪加埋自家製魚旦，飲落口嗰吓豐富嘅蛋白質滿滿口中，好幸福啊!

就是喜愛尋回那味道，享受那簡單的步驟，雖然味道還需調整一下，但試驗中份量不多，容易清袋😋 唔駛有後顧減磅之憂😅當中最緊要的就是材料全部自已預備，問我有乜我一一話您知，食得放心就是現今世代常掛口邊❤有了小美，一切變得更美❤❤

唔駛炒到手軟嘅紅豆餡，6分鐘搞掂嘅皮，切二下包一包，白鑊煎一煎，豆沙鍋餅就上得碟，食得啦🥰 有了小美，生活都變得美。。一點了🥰❤

要20分鐘內由零開始煑個Fetuccini, 即刻開機囉😊 熱油時就攞材料出嚟，叮叮夠鐘就放料，煮麵時就set枱，再叮叮就食得，之後自動清洗，冇油濺唔駛抹，比番啲時間我發吓白日夢都好，多謝小美

氣温突然下降，臨近中午了，想起必需有個湯讓一家人暖吓個胃，於是善用小美多種功能，自動削皮哪4分鐘就同步預備好其他材料，到煑湯時的40分鐘就Hea住咁切吓麵包呀咁，準時12:30 Lunch, 以前要煑2,3個鐘的湯，而家一個鐘搞掂晒❤
