Chicken Biryani made with Basmati Rice from CQV. Boiling rice Method
1. Soak rice for about 2 hours or more before cooking, this helps the rice cook faster and produces a beautiful bloomed texture
2. Wash rice till water is clear
3. Boil rice with sufficient water while swirling the rice every now and then
4. When 3/4 cooked drain rice in a colander and rinse with warm water rice should be separated.
5. Rice is now ready to be layered with chicken to make the most yummy Chicken Biryani
