Never hurt a samosa, vada or kachori by saying NO. They also have fillings inside. 😋
Daal Kachori (Lentil puff pastry) ~ A spicy deep-fried snack filled with lentils cooked in a large variety of spices and herbs for the perfect flavour in every bite along with the crispy layer made from wheat flour.
Best accompanied with a warm and kadak (strong) glass of chai.
