The Daily Grind Episode 3
What a crazy evening at 'Highlander' last night. Great sets, loads of laughs and a barrel full of smiles.
This place genuinely is a second home of mine.
Open mic Signups are at 7pm For an 8pm spot usually. If you ever wanted to give stand up a shot: The 'Australian Free Comedy Forum' group on Facebook is where to go.
Who's stopping you?
I'll see you next week, you bunch of savages!!
I just did a gig. Five minutes at a random bar in Bali at midnight. No microphone, just a mic stand and 8 retired Yorkers on holiday.
Got up straight after the live music finished.
Tough nuts to crack; but once I went with the filthiest material I had. they were in the palm of my hands.
To quote Gavin Semple: “A gig’s a gig.”
Made a few friends along the way.
