Sunsol Muesli

Ingredients:
1/2 cup Maple Syrup
1 cup of your favourite Sunsol Granola:
Fresh Fruit:
- 1 large banana, thinly sliced
6-8 strawberries, thinly sliced
1 medium apple, thinly sliced
1 medium pear, thinly sliced
Puff Pastry: 2 sheet, thawed if frozen
Milk: 2 tablespoons, for milk wash
Icing sugar
Baking paper
Baking tray
1. Preheat your oven to 190°C
2. Line a baking tray with baking paper.
3. Pour about 2 tablespoons of maple syrup onto the baking paper, spreading it evenly in a circle to cover the area where the granola will be placed.
4. Sprinkle 2-3 tablespoons of granola evenly over the maple syrup.
5. Arrange a mix of thinly sliced banana, strawberry, apple, and pear evenly over the granola layer.
6. Cut your pastry into square that will cover your mixture on the baking tray.
7. Place the puff pastry sheet over the fruit and granola layer.
8. Press down gently to ensure the pastry adheres to the fruit.
9. Create an indented border along the edge of the pastry by pressing down lightly with a fork.
10. Brush the top of the puff pastry with milk using a pastry brush to ensure a golden brown finish.
Bake:
11. Place the baking tray in the preheated oven.
12. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the puff pastry is golden brown and puffed up.
13. Sift icing sugar to complete your baked goodies, to keep the winter theme try sprinkling some cinnamon.

Porridge with Choc Almond High Protein Granola | Recipe

Ingredients:
1½ cups of Oats
3⅓ cups of almond milk
4 tablespoons butter
3 tablespoons brown sugar
2 bananas, sliced across the middle lengthways
1/3 cup SUNSOL High Protein Granola Choc Almond
Method:
1. Place 1½ cups of oats and 3⅓ cups of skim milk into a saucepan.
2. Bring to a boil, stir, then boil for 5 minutes until oats are thick and creamy. Add more milk if desired.
3. To make the caramelised bananas melt the butter and sugar in a frying pan over low - medium heat.
4. Add the bananas and cook for a few minutes each side until gently caramelised and soft.
5. Add the oats to a large serving bowl and sprinkle with granola and top with the bananas. Add extra maple syrup if desired

1/2 cup natural peanut butter ( smooth )
1/2 cup honey
3 1/2 cups of Almond, pink lady apple and cinnamon Granola
Dark chocolate ( melted )
1. Heat the honey and peanut butter over the stove until smooth and runny!
2. Put the granola in a bowl and pour warm mixture over the top.
3. Mix mix mix!
4. Spoon into a dish ( don’t forget baking paper! )
5. And press down making sure it’s all packed in!
6. Refrigerate for an hour. Once cooled and firm cover with your warm chocolate. Then back in the fridge for another 30 minutes
Choc Nut Muesli Slice | Recipe Below 👇
Ingredients:
125g pitted fresh dates
½ cup (140g) natural peanut butter or other nut spread
1/3 cup (90g) honey
3 cups (360g) Sunsol Toasted Muesli – almond, honey and dark chocolate
50g dark chocolate melts, melted
Step 1: Grease a 20 x 30cm slice pan. Line base and two long sides with baking paper, extending paper 2cm above edge of pan.
Step 2: Place dates in a small food processor and process until finely chopped. Add peanut butter and honey and pulse until just combined. Transfer mixture to a bowl with Sunsol Toasted Muesli and mix until well combined. Spread evenly into prepared pan and smooth top.
Step 3: Cover and chill for 1 hr until firm. Drizzle top with dark chocolate. Chill 5 mins until set. Cut into squares.

Yoghurt Muesli Cup | Recipe 👇

For 1 serve you’ll need:
1 strawberry yoghurt
25g Sunsol's almond honey & dark choc muesli
50g strawberries
Method:
Step 1: In a blender, blend the strawberries until puree.
Step 2: To a bowl, cup or jar add yoghurt and top with blended strawberries, muesli and top with additional whole strawberries.
Overnight Oats with Blueberry and Chia | Recipes
Ingredients:
2/3 cup (90g) Sunsol – Natural Muesli - blueberry, goji berry, coconut and chia
½ cup (125ml) reduced-fat milk
½ cup (125ml) reduced-fat milk
½ cup (125ml) reduced-fat milk
½ sliced (75g) granny smith apple
Extra muesli and honey, to serve
Method:
Step 1: Divide oats, milk and yoghurt evenly into 2 jars. Mix well and secure with lid. Chill overnight.
Step 2: Top with blueberries, apple and extra muesli.
Step 3: Serve drizzled with a little honey.

Pear & Nut Crumble | Recipe
Ingredients:
1.5kg pears, peeled, cored and chopped
¼ cup (55g) brown sugar
½ tsp ground cinnamon
1 tsp vanilla
Ice cream or yoghurt, to serve crumble topping
1¼ cups (135g) Sunsol Natural Muesli – almond, cashew, macadamia and walnut
¼ cup (35g) plain flour
1 tbs caster sugar
80g butter
Method
Step 1: Preheat oven to 200°C/180°C.
Step 2: Place pears, sugar, cinnamon and vanilla in a saucepan on medium heat. Cook covered for about 5 mins or until pears are just tender.
Step 3: Spoon mixture among 4 x 1 cup-capacity ovenproof dishes.
Step 4: Make crumble topping by combining Sunsol Natural Muesli in a bowl with flour and sugar. Using fingertips, rub in butter until mixture resembles coarse breadcrumbs.
Step 5: Sprinkle mixture over pear and bake for 10-15 mins until golden brown.
Step 6: Serve with ice cream or yoghurt, as desired.
