Every so often we like to remind ourselves where we came from. Mazaj was a vision brought to life by owner Elie (left) and his brother, opening its Forest Hill doors in 2020.

Since then we have opened our second venue in Rosanna with the help of our head chef (right) and become a Melbourne favourite for our authentic Middle Eastern dishes.

One thing that remains at the heart of Mazaj, the boys passion for delivering exceptional service and delicious food the Lebanese way.
