The onyx stone promotes strength, awakens wisdom & enhances intuition. Onyx is the perfect totem to reflect the healing experience that massage therapist, Sam creates for his clients.
I had the pleasure of experiencing a remedial massage along with an epsom salt bath at Onyx clinic in preston. I work as an integrative therapist and bodyworker, I know good quality facilitation & attunement to both the physical and subtle energies when i feel it. Sam is a natural healer who has dedicated his time to many years of exploration into the mind body and spirit through yoga & body work. Onyx is a rare gem, book in with Sam & you will be in safe hands.

winter was not pretty but it was necessary to go deep into the darkness and see what was there. made it out of there mentally & emotionally with intentional movement & stillness. worked hard to build the foundations for business & projects and this spring is looking more beautiful than ever full of creativity and aliveness.

If you have received a healing from me and resonate with my style, please do share and tag friends and family, who you think would benefit.
Much love,

love a dynamic practice of exploring and balancing both movement and stillness in the body and the mind.
pleased to create a space where people can experiment with non traditional ways of being in therapy. my last psychotherapy client came in and instead of sitting down she felt comfortable enough to allow herself to lay straight on the floor. sometimes we don’t need to talk. sometimes we need to listen to our body and what it needs. sometimes we crawl to therapy exhausted, sometimes we bounce in manic and discombobulated. this person needed a safe place to rest and lay down. we spent the session doing a few yin yoga poses, tuning into what the body needed and being compassionate to the mind that can often over think and go into overdrive. allowing rest can be one of the most difficult things to do for yourself in this competitive fast paced world. i was also grateful to facilitate this guided meditation space because after 4 x mind/body/spirit combo clients already today laying on the ground and being present to what is happening and needed for my client and myself is just the ticket to healing. last day for a few weeks xmas holiday break, if you would like to work together to drop in & explore yourself and the world you book online at the alchemist, my first few weeks of jan are already filling up fast.

We were expected to snap back
to what we knew
When so much has changed
Feeling the pressure
Pressure to be something.
What would it be like to just be?
Time passed slowly as we stared at the walls of our isolated homes
And time passes quickly as we are thrown back into the rat race
There’s a time to talk
And there’s a time to share
A time to be alone
And a time to be together
A time to be witnessed
A time to sit
And a time to move
We need to make time
for ourselves to heal
We came out of lockdown a year ago… it feels like a couple of months ago, doesn’t it?
Our community has been through colossal disconnection and we are slowly coming back together. In many ways, the pandemic put growth on pause when we lost the freedom to connect beyond the screen. In my work as a Psychotherapist in a post-pandemic Melbourne, I am seeing a few common themes within the collective. Whilst navigating and managing present pressures, many community members are still experiencing emotional shell-shock from lockdowns. This can look like feelings of loneliness, loss of self confidence, stress or social anxiety...
