Situated on the UWA Crawley campus is the Reid Library. Built in the 1960s, the library has a rich heritage and has recently undertaken a refurbishment project to transform it into a more contemporary and technologically advanced space. This includes 450 dedicated spaces for quiet study, a wellbeing lounge, and consultation rooms for student help.

As part of this transformation, we will be manufacturing and supplying our ASH air handing units. The units will be delivered with:

Westfield Burwood is 12 km from Sydney’s CBD, takes nearly $500m in retail sales, and over 14 million visitors every year. The shopping haven is constantly evolving to meet the needs of its vibrant community and the latest redevelopments at the centre are designed to enhance their patrons' shopping experience.

The HVAC and ventilation redevelopment requirements included a combination of our large ASH air handling units. The units that were manufactured and supplied were ASH 110, 156, and 200 models and included the following features:

The Young Husband Woolstore Redevelopment project will be Melbourne’s largest net-zero-carbon, adaptive reuse precinct.

This means that the 1.57-hectare site is being converted to a world-class environmentally friendly precinct, in a design guided by sustainability principles. At 120 years old, Younghusband has a place in the rich history of Victoria’s thriving wool trade, which will now be carefully redeveloped with the reuse of existing building and materials that will be retained and refurbished. The redevelopment will also contain outdoor workspaces, rooftop solar panels and battery storage to supplement the building's demand, use distributed rainwater harvesting systems, and provide electric car charging points.

Through these integrated green practices and the preservation of Younghusband’s existing structures, it is expected that the development will reduce their carbon footprint by 11,335,000kg of carbon dioxide, represented by their carbon embodied reduction figure of 83%. That’s equivalent to the amount of carbon emissions the City of Melbourne produce in a year.

The HVAC and the ventilation system was a carefully considered piece of the project, and we are pleased to have manufactured and supplied 14 air handling units, with EC fans and weatherproofing elements, as part of this redevelopment.

Due to the nature of this project, the units were supplied within 8 weeks from sign-off to meet tight timeline requirements.

Queen’s Wharf Brisbane is currently under construction and set to open from August 2024. Designed to transform Brisbane’s CBD and rivers edge, this world-class resort development is designed to be a tourism, leisure, and entertainment destination. The UNSW Health Translation Hub is an iconic project by the NSW Government who are partnering with UNSW Sydney. The project will strengthen the Randwick Health & Innovation Precinct through the integration of additional health education, training, and research with acute healthcare services - directly benefiting patients, carers, and the wider NSW community.

The $600m Health Translation Hub will bring together educational and medical researchers, clinicians, educators, students, industry partners, and public health staff to drive excellence in healthcare innovation.

As part of the ventilation and HVAC solution, the team will be manufacturing and supplying a combination of ASH and ASV air handling units. The units will be supplied with heat reclaim coils that will improve efficiency by recovering waste heat.

Construction on the Cranbourne Community Hospital will be the first of ten smaller-scale public hospitals built across Victoria in some of the state’s fastest growing areas.

Developed to provide better healthcare for locals, the hospital will house expanded ‘in-demand’ services including; after-hours urgent care, day surgery, paediatric services, dialysis, and community mental health services.

As part of this critical project, we have manufactured and supplied a mix of over 40 air handling units and fan coil units.

A fast turnaround time was required for the project, and we appreciate the efforts of the team who delivered it on schedule for the client.

Bringing its metals and energy divisions under one roof, the building will undergo upgrades to suit the new tenants.

The NSW Government is injecting $750m into the new Sydney Fish Market development which is due for completion in 2024.

An iconic project for our Queensland team, manufacturing and supplying 39 fan coil units and 26 air handling units to the Albert Street Station, Cross River Rail project in Queensland.

As the first Brisbane CBD train station to be built in more than 120 years, the project will improve connectivity to the southern part of the CBD. The new underground Albert Street Station will become the main pedestrian feeder point for QUT’s Gardens Point campus, the parliamentary precinct, the new Queen’s Wharf development, an upgraded Eagle Street business district, and the City Botanic Gardens.

All units will be delivered with The Air-Conditioning, Heating, and Refrigeration Institute (AHRI) certification for the full unit, and the 39 fan coil units will be a combination of the ALEC and CFP ranges. The 26 air handling units will be from our ASH air handling unit range. The units will be supplied with:

This transformation of the wool store warehouse and its surrounds in Kensington, Melbourne will become a $400m mixed-use development with the first stage set to rejuvenate the existing, dilapidated redbrick buildings into a trendy 17,600 sqm office and retail complex.

The James Cook University Townsville campus has undergone a series of refurbishments. One of the latest is Building 027 which is designed to deliver contemporary peer-to-peer areas, teaching and learning spaces, meeting rooms, and offices. The project will reconfigure and refurbish the interior of the building, with some modest exterior updates.

- In 2008 saw expansion to Western Australia and the introduction of the CMLH fan coil unit range.
- In 2010 we released our ALEC fan coil unit.
- In 2012 we brought sustainability to the range with energy recovery ventilation.
- In 2017 we achieved the AHRI certification and partnered with Fluid Chillers Australia.
- In 2022 we partnered with Walker Industrial Systems and got AHRI and GEMS certification for our impressive 1500KW chiller and packaged AC units.
