It was great speaking to Josh from  about the importance of sound and audio design within the food and hospitality space. Congrats to our client Dave Galvin and the team from on opening their latest project: kōst Bar & Grill, Broadbeach, Gold Coast

kōst is a contemporary bar and grill concept, boasting one of the city’s only charcoal wood-fire grills, and redefines the way people meet and eat in Broadbeach.

With sold-out bookings and an overwhelming response from chefs and locals alike, the three-year build is worth the wait!

kōst has a trademark theme of relaxed luxury. This is carried through the intricate brand elements, coastal LED signage, inspired Interior Design, branded table inlays, typographical brass features, and unorthodox menu design, all part of the immersive coastal experience.

Logo identity, stationery, and illustration for the legendary ​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​Mark Filippelli is the ultimate leader in the vegan industry, and his fun and approachable nature separate him from the rest. He is the go-to guy for everything plant-based - from restaurant food to product collabs.

The vibrant colour palette represents Mark's involvement across multiple vegan brands and restaurants, showcasing his diverse involvement in the category and success as a collaborative entrepreneur.

The supporting illustrative characters add a sense of fun and humour - which is rare for the plant based industry, which can often be over-saturated with facts and statistics.

Entirely in black and white thin strokes, the identity is confident — letting the flavours and natural ingredients speak for themselves. The icon, acting as an abstract 'HOC' is also a ‘link’ between family heritage and the future generation of food lovers.

.co was born out of a passion for watch collecting. Teaming up with Collections Fine Jewellery of Toorak, they buy, sell and collect the most beautiful and vintage watches on the market. They needed a confident visual identity and elegant packaging that would elevate them above your average watch brand, presenting customers with a professional, trustworthy and friendly experience. Educational book cover and t-shirt design concept for Life Rocks' Soil Discovery Program. ​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​.school uses scientifically-based interactive play and learning resources to help parents and teachers connect children to the magic of nature. We focussed on the ‘human’ connection with nature. The result is a confident identity featuring a fun typeface, which is playful and organic - the opposite of the ‘technological’ age. The use of nature’s illustrations portrays a connection with the earth that resonate with the audience.
